What is our history?
Quickly moving to the position as one of the most recognized leadership training providers in Estonia and working with the top national and international companies, now Combat Ready is expanding that reach and bringing these ideas across Europe.
In 2024 we became a European strategic service delivery partner of Jocko & Leif's leadership training company, Echelon Front. We stand ready to support individual leaders and teams across Europe to lead and win.

Practical Leadership Training
Leadership Development with Real-Time Feedback
It’s
one thing to learn about leadership in a book or on a webinar; it’s
another thing entirely to be forced into situations where leadership is
the difference between winning and losing. To take learning leadership from the classroom and make it practical, Combat Ready runs the Field Training Exercise (FTX)
You start the day with a brief on the 4 Laws of Combat and the principles of Extreme Ownership. After this you and your team will be taken to a real military training ground and put through a series of time sensitive scenerios which will demonstrate and allow you to practise the skills of leadership.
You’ll be surprised how quickly your leadership paradigm shifts when your team is forced to make decisions that have real-world consequences.

"Way of the Warrior Kid" in Estonian
Combat Ready's goal is to not just be a successful business but also support our overall society and culture. In 2017 Jocko Willink published his first book for children "Way of the Warrior Kid". It's a story about a young person who overcomes his fears and learns to study, train and become a better person. Since then it has spawned numerous follow up books, all designed to help young people lead themselves.
In 2024 we founded Combat Ready Publishing to bring this series of books to Estonia and provide a platform for local authors.
We started Way of the Warrior Kid ("Noore Võitleja Teekond" in Estonian) with an a local kickstarter campaign which raised almost double it's initial funding goal. The book is currently being printed and will be on available in stores and online outlets in early December 2024.
